1. Scope of Coverage & Eligibility
This warranty policy covers original manufacturing defects in water purification components, RO membrane housings, booster pumps, solenoid valves, and filtration accessories produced or distributed by authorized brand partners. Warranty coverage applies strictly to items procured through certified sales networks, official distributors, and licensed dealers.
2. Mandatory Digital Registration
To activate and validate product warranty, the purchaser or authorized service technician must register the product on The Warranty web portal (thewarranty.in) or the respective brand subdomain portal within the specified registration timeframe post-installation. Digital verification is mapped directly to factory batch records.
3. Warranty Claims & Service Procedure
Claims must be initiated via the portal by scanning the product QR code or entering the registered serial number. If an authenticated failure occurs under normal and intended operating conditions within the active warranty duration, the claimant is eligible for authorized technician inspection, component repair, or direct replacement per manufacturer guidelines.
4. Exclusions & Voidance of Warranty
Warranty coverage is strictly void under the following conditions:
- Physical tampering, defacing, or removal of the QR code or product serial number label.
- Improper electrical voltage supply, power surges, or incorrect plumbing connections.
- Usage with non-potable or corrosive feed water exceeding certified component TDS and pressure thresholds.
- Unauthorized servicing, structural modifications, or replacement using counterfeit spare parts.
- Damage resulting from natural disasters, fires, floods, or external impacts.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the platform or its affiliate brand owners be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper system handling. Total liability is limited strictly to the replacement or repair of the authenticated defective component.
